  • Teledyne Energy Systems receives AS9100 Quality Certificate

    ​Hunt Valley, MD –August 23, 2022– Teledyne Energy Systems (TESI) received the AS9100 Revision D (2016) Quality Management Certificate. This latest AS9100 accreditation certifies TESI's quality standards meet the industry requirements for the design and manufacture of hydrogen and thermoelectric generators and systems, fuel cells systems, and battery systems.

    TESI supplies the Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), NASA, and many commercial manufacturers with unique power solutions. Maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System will ensure TESI's products meet “mission critical" requirements.

    The AS9100 Revision D (2016) update includes the full ISO 9001:2015 text as well as updated clauses for counterfeit part prevention, product safety, and an emphasis on risks and in operational processes. AS9100 standards are the highest quality standards in aerospace manufacturing and demonstrates a company's dedication to maintaining safe, efficient, and cost-effective methods for developing and manufacturing aerospace components.
