Technical Support/Returns
For technical support, or to obtain a return material authorization (RMA), please contact TESI by
e-mailing customer.support@teledynees.com or
calling 410.891.2375. Prior to e-mailing or calling,
please have the model and serial number of the system (typically located on a label attached to the
gas system), recently recorded data, and a record of recent maintenance available. Companies on the
distributor/representative list with an asterisk (*) can also be contacted for technical support.
Spare Parts
Teledyne stocks a large quantity of frequently needed spare parts to ensure quick delivery. Purchasing
direct from TESI saves you time searching for a vendor and provides you with the confidence that the
replacement part will be compatible with your system. The best way to ensure that parts for your system
will be available when needed during maintenance is to retain a small stock of critical maintenance items
at your facility. Please ask for a maintenance spare parts kit that includes commonly needed items to
